This agreement keeps things clear and simple — so your service runs smoothly and your home stays protected from start to finish.
Getting ready
To keep your service smooth and safe, we ask that work areas are accessible, gates are unlocked, vehicles and loose items are moved, windows and doors are closed, and two exterior water spigots are available. We've put together a quick checklist to make it easy — see our How to Prepare guide.
Your property is protected
Exterior cleaning sometimes reveals conditions that were already there — things like aged caulking, loose siding or trim, oxidized surfaces, or hairline cracks. Our team does a careful pre-inspection and will always point anything out, but Diamond Pressure Washing isn't responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or age-related wear that becomes visible during cleaning. Knowing about any sensitive areas ahead of time helps us protect them.
What to expect
Every job is performed using industry-standard methods and professional-grade equipment. Most dirt, mold, algae and organic staining lifts beautifully — though certain deep stains, oil, rust, oxidation or efflorescence may not be fully removable depending on the surface, its age and condition. We'll always be upfront about what we can achieve before we begin.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion unless arranged otherwise in writing. If no one will be present at the property, we'll simply arrange payment beforehand. Any deposit is applied toward your job. We're fully licensed and insured, and a Certificate of Insurance (COI) is available on request.
Safety
Your safety and ours come first. If you're aware of any hazards — things like sprinkler heads, irrigation or septic components, electrical concerns, or loose surfaces — a quick heads-up helps us plan the job and keep everyone safe.
Authorization
