A little prep goes a long way — it helps our team work efficiently and deliver the best possible results. Here’s all we ask before your scheduled service. Our crew always does a walk-through too, so you’re never on your own.

   Close windows & doors

   A quick once-around to make sure everything is shut and latched keeps water where it belongs — outside.

   Clear the work areas

   Move vehicles and pull patio furniture, grills, planters and décor away from the surfaces we'll be cleaning.

   Secure pets & kids

   Keep four-legged and little family members comfortably indoors while our team is working.

4. 04

   Turn on the water

   Please make sure two exterior spigots are on and accessible so we have a steady supply throughout the job.

   Unlock gates

   Open access to fenced yards, side gates and any other areas you'd like cleaned.
